Susanne, one of our staff, has trained as an “Extend” instructor, for seated exercises. This type of exercise will be included in our regular activities at Waverley.
“Extend” is an excellent choice of exercise for the older person to challenge their fitness levels, from the very active to the not so active.
You may be surprised at just how much active exercise can be performed whilst sitting in a chair.
